hot shower complimentary snacks noisy room small wardrobe
The room was modern and clean. The shower had GOOD hot water. Complimentary soft drinks and snacks were provided. They were refilled daily. NICE!
My room was quite noisy. The bars surrounding the hotel played loud music until around 2am. The wardrobe was small. There were no drawers for clothing. :(

artificial orange juice bad customer service
The breakfast was subpar for a so-called five-star hotel! many dishes were often too cold and the orange juice tasted artificial. the room layout was odd. The sink was in the room, not the bathroom. twice, my bathroom flooded, inundating half my room. water even reached the hallway near the elevator. I reported this but received no compensation or even an apology. the staff offered bizzarely bad customer service. my personal items got wet.

good selection friendly staff air conditioning musty smell
The breakfast offered a very good selection. The staff were friendly and happy to help EVERY day.
The air conditioning could not be adjusted easily. It always reverted to a low temperature even after i tried to set it higher i found this annoying, i found this problematic. The room also had a slight musty smell.

perfect location ample space kind staff vast breakfast
The location was perfect. It made it easy to explore nearby attractions. my room was clean and offered ample space, i could relax after my adventures. the staff were kind and always ready to assist, they added a special touch to my stay. the breakfast selection was vast, it was a beautiful start to each day.
the elevator wait times were occasionally a bit longer than i would have preferred.
